This is an entry level, Assistant Manager position and although experience is not required, it can be helpful for fast advancement!

Please be aware however, that this is not always possible and relocation for some geographical areas could be required at times after training. At Bob Evans, we put you on an aggressive career path - you could be overseeing a $2 million operation and 60 employees in just 2 1/2 years!Bonus opportunities are based on performance and in addition to a competitive salary, you will earn bonuses four times a year after you have been promoted to an assistant general manager.
