We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill a Customer Service Representative position and a Receptionist position.
Requirements
The ideal Customer Service Representative candidate must be well spoken, have excellent computer skills, and a proven track record of successfully building relationships with customers. In addition to handling inbound customer calls and inquiries, this individual will also be responsible for daily outbound courtesy calls to an assigned number of customers. Experience in a call center environment preferred.
The Receptionist will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers and/or clients, answering all incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, transferring calls to internal staff, and miscellaneous clerical duties. Excellent computer and written skills required. Must be highly motivated, articulate, organized, and dependable.
