Seabrook House, a nationally recognized inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation center, seeks a per diem Staff Psychologist for its Southern New Jersey-based facility. Located in the rural serene suburbs of Philadelphia, Seabrook House sits on 40 beautifully manicured acres and is only a 40-minute drive from Philadelphia and the New Jersey shore. Responsibilities of this position include assisting patients and their families in the healing of the body, mind, and spirit modeling the 12 Steps of Recovery in accordance with organizational, Federal, State, CARF and ASAM standards. The position is responsible for providing family, individual, and group therapy; psychological testing and evaluation of residents; and participation, facilitation, and documentation of the treatment-review team process and monitoring treatment-planning efforts. Requirements are a Ph.D or Psy.D and a current New Jersey psychologist license, along with 3 years’ experience in the human services field. APA accreditation is desired.
