Interested in joining an innovative and growing company?  HHA services, a leader in the support services contract management industry is now accepting resumes for experienced Environmental Services Supervisors with a healthcare background.  This exciting opportunity is located in Southfield, MI.


Environmental Services Supervisor: Responsible for overseeing the front line operations of the Environmental Services department on an assigned shift. 

Key functions include but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling, training, motivating, and discipline of hourly housekeeping staff
  • Ordering supplies, conducting visual inspections, creating and delegating work assignments
  • Generating departmental reports as needed
  • Reports to Director of Environmental Services and/or Assistant Director of Environmental Services.  
 


job Requirements

Ideal Candidates will possess:


  • Minimum of two (2) years housekeeping supervisory experience in a healthcare setting is required.
  • Shift flexible.
  • Must be adept in training and motivation.
  • Willingness to act as a working supervisor.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required, college preferred
  • PC Proficient
  • Empathy for patients and their families
