Job Description:
Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on user needs, business systems and industry requirements. Includes analysis of business needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
Position Focus and Scope:
The position is a Reporting System Support role for Industrial Power Transmission division. This role will be responsible for aiding the business in tools for SAS reporting, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft CRM. The candidate will be responsible for key monthly and quarterly data management and reporting functions to aid the business in decision making.
-BS / BA or equivalent (8 years of experience) with 1 year specific experience.
-Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2007
-Experience with SQL queries and database tools such as SAS, or SQL Server
-Experience with Microsoft CRM 4.0
-Create Microsoft CRM form and processes to support field sales force optimization.
-Projects to use full Microsoft SharePoint 2007 capabilities to help implement process flows and business efficiency activities into SharePoint Portal 2007.
-Strong ability to learn new technologies quickly and become reasonable proficient in taking general direction and developing solutiions to speed business execution.
-Ability to work with SQL and SAS database tools to extract data, creat KPI, dashboards and provide reports to support business decision making process.
-Ability to take business problem and general direction and execution solution using key CRM/SharePoint tools to improve speed and business execution.
-3-5+ years system or data management experience.
-Degree in Business or Information Systems.
-Experience with database technology, Microsoft Excel and related reporting tools.
-Previous work with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft CRM.
-Strong communication and team building skills.
-Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
