CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for conducting Customer Service within our Contact Center, assisting customers with basic product questions, customer service issues, and developing effective and profitable customer relationships to foster future business.

Requirements
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Demonstrated proficiency in customer service related fields.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Above average verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn new systems.
- Bilingual skills a plus.
