Description Large manufacturer of plastic home goods products is immediately seeking assistant supervisors for their Clinton, SC plant.

In this position you will be responsible for managing upwards of 25 injection molding machine operators / packers. You must be able to diagnosis and troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment.

Hours and Schedule:

This position is a night shift opportunity. Shifts are in 12 hour intervals.

Previous management experience in a plastic manufacturing facility is required for this opportunity.

Requirements

Trouble shoot machines, molds, material and color.
Assist with the supervision of production employees.
Knowledge of the plastic injection molding process and control systems, die setting perferred and supervisory skills a must.
Must be mechanically inclined and be able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
Four 12-hour shifts in alternate, 3 and 4 day work cycles.
