Description
Bay Area Medical Center is currently looking for a qualified Medical Technologist to join our well-established team. This position performs routine and special testing using automated, semi-automated and manual methods, following good laboratory practice. Collects specimens from patients of all age groups from infant to geriatric. Interacts with laboratory staff, physicians, nursing, patients, families, client and other hospital staff in a professional manner. Works independently with little supervision.

Requirements
Qualified candidates must have a certification as an MLT by the ASCP or equivalent with six Months experience using clinical laboratory techniques comparable to those performed at BAMC.
