We currently have an opportunity for an Engineering Project Manager at our plant in Wangen, Germany. In this role you will be accountable for obtaining business results by leading cross-functional teams in the development and execution of major capital projects to meet strategic objectives. This position will work primarily with our plant in Germany.
Duties of the role include:

Project and team development - establishing required project team, the business rationale and technical requirements to successfully execute assigned projects
- Leading project teams to accomplish project scope within the constraints of time, cost and performance through the use of Project Management Process (DMADV / PMBOK)

Establishing and executing comprehensive communication to project sponsors engineering leadership and the project team regarding project status, including known or anticipated variances to the project cost, schedule, scope and performance plans

Responsibility for educating and improving team members in the Project Management process (DMADV)

Providing day-to-day leadership and interaction with outside vendors and contractors to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and timelines

Working closely with all cross-functional disciplines to accomplish necessary work packages within time, cost and performance

Monitoring projects with the overall company objectives in mind in addition to detailed project requirements
