Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years as Customer Service Manager in a call center
Knowledge of FDCPA a plus
· Strong knowledge of collection tools and systems
· Experience in a coaching/development role
· Experience with customer/client retention programs
· Analytical/problem solving skills
· Ability to work in fast-paced environment
· Computer proficient
· Manage multiple programs
· Excellent written/verbal communication skills a must
· Polished and professional
· Knowledge of CreditSoft a plus
· Knowledge of trixbox a plus
