Axiom Resource Management is seeking a candidate to support the TRICARE Management Activity (TMA) Office of Administration in Falls Church, VA.  The Office of Administration provides general administrative support to all TMA offices.  It also provides facilities and telecommunications management support, safety and security services.  Candidate must be professional with strong interpersonal skills, a team player, and self-motivator.


Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • General facilities and infrastructure management support to the office
  • Responsible for filling customers' supply requests
  • Maintain inventory control and supply systems
  • Create and/or maintain databases of equipment and supplies
  • Process equipment maintenance requests on leased copiers and fax machines
  • Assist in performing complete physical inventory
  • Distribute daily delivery of supplies to various departments throughout the office
  • Perform other administrative and office management tasks as needed.
