    Presbyterian Homes & Services – Waverly Gardens in North Oaks is seeking LPNs for our Home Care and Care Center for the following shifts:

    LPN

    ·         On Call (Care Center and Home Care)

    Applicants must have excellent customer service skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.  Medicare experience is preferred.  Candidates must have a current RN license in the state of Minnesota, and prior experience working with seniors.Consider joining our campus team in providing compassionate and high quality care and services within a caring Christian environment.

    • Requirements
  • Current licensure with the State Board of Nursing in state(s) in which he/she practices.
  • Interest in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices.
  • Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
