In a call center environment, meet the objective to provide a high standard of service to our customer base within established procedures in the department. Responsibilities include problem solving, working in an independent manner, requiring little supervision, and meeting deadlines.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Provides consistent feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Handle customer concerns that are consistent and comply with company policy and procedures
• Ability to communicate pertinent information clearly and concisely
• A pleasant phone manner is a must
• Work as a team to address customer concerns
• Develop standards of accuracy in performing daily functions
• Processing of customer orders/ Address customer problems
• Will be cross trained and occasionally perform expediting functions
• Product information and research
• Truck run closings
• Must be available to work weekends
•Exceptional skills in Excel, Access, Word and 10 KEY BY TOUCH A MUST
•Stable work history
• Provide customers with a high level of customer service that assures customer satisfaction
• Perform multi-task functions
• Punctual and regular attendance
