About the Opportunity:

We are looking for highly motivated, fun loving, energetic individuals who love keeping up with the latest and greatest in wireless technology. The Store Manager will be responsible for all functions of the Retail store to include sales, customer service, and inventory.

Help Connectivity Source be a leader in the Wireless industry by acting as the Store Manager assisting customers by providing expertise on products, offering solutions based on customer’s demands, and keeping clientele informed of upcoming sales and future products and managing a team of Wireless Geniuses while driving sales.

Position Description:

A minimum of one year management experience in a retail setting.

Strong driving ability to lead a team and set positive examples.

Impeccable time management and ability to prioritize.

Ensure store appearance meets company standards by maintaining internal visual merchandising and in store displays.

Manages daily cash handling.

Trains, develops and mentors sales staff and continually inspires and motivates team to achieve results.

Our Store Managers receive a base salary and an unlimited amount of commission. We offer insurance and 401K and vacation time.
