Description

iProcess Online, currently has a unique opportunity available for a processing professional who takes pride in their work, can successfully multi-task, works well under tight deadlines, is highly organized, provides outstanding service to multiple clients, follows directions, and is able to accurately perform a multitude of tasks. This position will perform all payroll-related and HR administrative functions including processing, auditing, preparing, verifying, filing and quality assurance, and maintaining controls based on client business rules.

This is a full time position based in Baltimore, Maryland.  Our compensation package includes 401k, paid time off, paid holidays, medical, dental, life, short-term and long-term disability insurance, free parking, and a unique work environment in historic Locust Point. 

Requirements

We approach everything as a team and the right candidate must be able to work within a team environment. Integrity, willingness to learn, and dedication to providing outstanding service are required.  Must be good with numbers and handling large amounts of data with 100% accuracy, strong Microsoft Excel skills required, prior experience with Ultimate Software Ulti- Pro is a big plus.
