Description The Field Sales Representative in our Retail Advertising department is responsible for growing, servicing, and maintaining local retail advertising accounts. Expectations are to exceed lineage and revenue budgets for the accounts by performing duties that involve creating and delivering specific sales proposals for all advertising products. They are also responsible for monitoring the advertising and printing schedules of respective accounts and selling the benefits of newspaper advertising. Regularly communicates with managers to forecast potential business opportunities and growth. Base salary is $26,000 plus commission plan.

Requirements Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and one to two years experience in business, advertising, journalism or related field; or a combination of education and experience. This position also requires a valid drivers license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance..
