The Distributor Care Representative (Customer Service Rep.) will respond to any inquiries from distributors regarding company policy and procedures, compensation plan, product questions, rank advancement, genealogy navigation, virtual office navigation, and corporate website navigation.
To perform this job successfully, candidates must be able to converse well in French, Chinese, Dutch, Korean or English. Candidates should be able to sit for extended periods of time, operate a desktop computer/accessories, operate a multi-functional telephone system, and work well in a team environment. Finally, candidates must be punctual, professional, efficient with data entry, and be able to retain information.
