The Business Office Lead is responsible for handling customers in a professional manner by processing billing and new purchase transactions.
Duties of the Business Office Lead include:
- Ensuring accurate cash management by taking all cash, check, and credit card payments on sales orders;
- Providing excellent customer service to customers, including answering phones, finalizing the credit application process, handling payments made for past or current purchases, and informing customers when credit lines are granted;
- Assisting the Business Office Manager to supervise and train Business Office Clerks;
- Creating and maintaining positive environment in business office
