The successful candidate must have success in:

  • Building relationships and developing leads within community to achieve maximum profitability and sales growth
  • Meeting and educating potential clients on products and procedures while delivering a plan to help clients achieve their personal goals
  • Demonstrated success with both inside and outside sales
  • Superior interpersonal and communicative skills

 

The successful candidate will be able to:

  • Foster relationships with clients, and serve as a personal representative of MHR
  • Meet and educate potential clients on products and procedures while assessing the extent of client’s hair loss and guiding the client in developing a plan to achieve their personal goals
  • Report regularly to management on the performance of both the surgical and ancillary sales
Requirements

Requirements to Include:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience within the hair replacement or hair restoration industry.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive both outside and inside sales
  • Must have superior verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Must be extremely organized as well as attentive to detail and follow-up
  • Must be extremely organized
  • Bilingual preferred (English, Spanish)
  • Comfortable with commissioned based sales supported by national advertising structure and compensation is based on a generous reward systems
