Required qualifications: 

Must be able to recruit, train and motivate a Door to Door sales team to increase penetration of services.  Position requires working flexible hours which will include evenings and some Saturdays.  Must establish sales goals; organize work flow, track and report results on a daily basis.  Highly effective communications skills and organizational skills are a must. 

Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record (no more than 3 violations, no suspensions or OWI’s within last 3 years).

Preferred qualifications:  Degree in sales, marketing or communications.  Two to four years of relevant sales experience.  Knowledge of telecommunications industry.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications. 

Position requires successfully passing a drug screening and background records check, including motor vehicle record.
