Job Description:

Invoice Management Review electronic invoices to be sure they have been approved by the investor before they are paid Review invoices that are pending servicer review. Invoices Review and pay invoices for HOA's Review bills and invoices and determine whether we pay them or if they need to be sent to FNMA Approve WIP for loan balances under $800 Communicate with MI companies regarding claims, documentation, deeds, etc. Loss Mit Process Loss Mitigation files and scan documentation to Workflow to be used to file claims. Approve write-off's under $800. Review FNMA claims and reject report. Step Reports Run step reports in Daily Reports and save to Excel Task Report Work tasks that have been assigned to the FNMA desk from other departments. Process MI checks received and determine investor that should receive MI checks that are sent to us instead of the investor
