Job Description

Immediate opening for an energetic, motivated health care professional to administer and instruct in the medical assisting programs of National College of Business & Technology's Bartlett, TN Campus. This is a full-time opportunity with benefits.

The Director of Health Care Education acts as department head for the campus's medical programs, with emphasis on the associate degree program in medical assisting. You will be required to advise students, instruct courses per term, establish externship opportunities for students with local hospitals and medical practices, and organize and maintain the campus medical laboratory.

Job Requirements

Credential as a Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant is required, with a minimum of 40 hours experience as a medical assistant or observing medical/clinical medical assistant duties. A minimum of an associate's degree along with preparation in educational theory and techniques are required.
