Job Description
Directs and coordinates the daily operations of Professional Services Billing (PSB) department to ensure appropriate cash flow is maintained, patient satisfaction with the administrative functions at Wishard are consistently positive, and appropriate cooperation with outside departments is maintained.  Completes various financial forecasts, including cost center labor and non-labor expenses and productivity, month-end financial reporting, receivables performance, and any long-range strategic plans for the department.  Plan, coordinate, and prepare year-end audits with public accounting firms and third-party auditors as they relate to AR operations.
Job Requirements

Requirements:

 

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, health or public administration, management, or a related field. 

 

-minimum of 7 years management experience in physician revenue cycle management required.

 

-In-depth knowledge of Physician and Advanced Practitioner practice operations, including documentation, coding, billing and reimbursement.
