the Building Automation Systems team of Hunton Trane Services provides:

Building
Automation Systems (BAS) Service Sales
Position Title: BAS Service Sales

Description:
Works as a technical sales consultant to owners/developers in the design,
application and sales of Building Automation and/or Energy Management System
solutions for existing and new buildings.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Promote and sell retuning and/or renovation and retrofit automation solutions to existing facilities as part of their cost control and energy solution.
Advise existing Hunton Automation customers and sell solutions to our installed base to keep systems up to date with current technology.
Sell our Smart Services programs to existing buildings as method to control cost and improve efficiency of their systems.
Collects, organizes, and assembles data for reports, presentations and/or special projects.
Responds to customer needs by identifying systems, products, generating quotes and closing orders.
Conducts price estimates and quotations for projects, and monitors and tracks quoted projects and current orders.
Successfully meet sales plan and assigned sales objectives.
Minimum requirements
include the following:
Bachelor's degree from
four-year College or University.
8+ Years experience in a Sales position
Ability to perform
building audits and develop solutions based on information obtained to utilize
our automation systems and equipment in improving the operations, reducing the
energy cost, preventing IAQ problems, etc.
Ability to work with and
present energy analysis and payback solutions to “C" level executives for the
HVAC and Lighting systems in existing buildings.
Ability to develop energy
improvement and carbon footprint reduction solutions for customers utilizing
our automation systems.
