The track is Project Coordinator to Sr PC to Account Manager to Senior Account Executive and although advancement can come quickly with success, it will not happen overnight. The only thing that holds us back is ourselves.

We will train you to use your people skills and industry knowledge to develop a clientele of companies in a field - companies that will draw on your special background to help them fill important executive and professional positions. Job Requirements

The title of this want ad contained Recruiter Apprentices. The reason for this is that we are seeking people; who have done the research about the future of our industry; who have caught the vision; who are willing to invest themselves into the training and who are willing to do what it takes to be successful.

 

These select few, if chosen, will be given the opportunity to start at the very bottom; but they will not look at it that way.

 

The right individuals will not be on the bottom for long, if they are passionate and work hard to learn and apply the proven methods we will teach them.

 

We have 5 retained clients right now that need over 100 searches filled and seek 4 people who want a career, not just a job. If you are one of those that we described here we welcome you to apply online.

 

We offer a base salary of $1,600 a month plus a 10% commission (Average deal is 20k + and it can take 90 days to see cash in) So we want to be realistic. THIS IS NOT EASY to get started in.
