Description DNA Diagnostics Center is the world's largest and most experienced private DNA identification testing business. Since 1994, DDC has been the undisputed leader in providing high quality and affordable private DNA testing to individuals and organizations worldwide. The Company, located in Fairfield, Ohio, is seeking Inside Sales Representatives for our Sales Team. We are searching for individuals who can demonstrate empathetic skills, great telephone skills, and closing skills using numerous sales strategies and methods. These individuals will be self-motivated sales professionals and will be able to meet and beat daily/monthly sales goals.

Requirements This is a terrific opportunity for professional individuals ready to utilize telephone sales and closing skills. Requirements include: sales experience, exceptional telephone skills, ability to make the sale, listening skills, dealing with the public in an empathetic and compassionate manner, ability to learn new software. You would be required to meet sales goals for the day/month. The shift is 11:00am to 8:00pm, Monday through Friday, and a minimum of one Saturday/Sunday per month (4 hrs). Salary includes base salary plus sales incentive program. DNA Diagnostics Center offers a generous benefits package with health, dental, vision and life insurance, long and short-term disability coverage, 401K and paid time off.
