Job Description

Our client is a leading financial institution based in Houston!  They are primarily an auto lender but have a portfolio of mortgage and unsecured loans as well.   This company has been around for decades and has grown in recent years.  In fact it is this growth that is causing them to create a position for a Collections Manager.

 

This person will play a key role:

  • Managing and developing the collections department
  • Improving the collections process
  • Providing key management reports and analysis
  • Collecting on accounts to further reduce the exposure for the institution
  • Reducing delinquencies and charge-offs


Job Requirements

Qualified applicants should have the following:

  • 6 + years experience in collections in a Bank, finance company, or Credit Union
  • High-school diploma or greater education
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excel skills a must
  • Supervisory experience is a must!
