TITLE
Consumer Research Manager

REPORTS TO
Manager, Marketing Research

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide actionable insights through analysis and interpretation of primary and secondary research sources

Collaborate with internal clients (marketing, sales, and product development) to understand key business issues and recommend research as needed

Consult with outside suppliers in developing research objectives, methodology and deliverables

Manage fieldwork execution of qualitative & quantitative research including questionnaire design, analysis and presentation of results

Provide developmental support and supervision for team member(s)

Requirements SELECTION CRITERIA Education

B.S./B.A. in Marketing, Business, Communication or related degree (MBA preferred)

Other

8 + years of experience in consumer marketing research (CPG and/or food research preferred)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Strategic mindset and ability to effectively communicate actionable insights
Proficient in qualitative and quantitative consumer research techniques
