Manufacturer and Sales Certification Training:
On-going training is provided through the manufacturers to enhance your sales ability. Additional earning potential is afforded to those who achieve manufacturer certifications.

No prior sales experience necessary!

We will train you on the following:
- Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with customer and to exceed their expectations
- Knowledge of product and promotional information and knowledge of factory rebate and incentive programs
- Ability to establish monthly productivity and income goals that are consistent with dealership standards and devise a strategy to meet these goals
- Ability to develop a prospect development system
- Ability to qualify and counsel prospective customers
- Ability to present a walk-around presentation of a new or used car that is tailored to the customer's interest and needs
- Knowledge of effective closing techniques
- Knowledge of dealership sales procedures, processes and follow-up programs

Important Notes

Sales positions must be capable of obtaining state sales license and bond.
An acceptable MVR is necessary for positions that require operation of company or customer vehicles.
All applicants must pass pre-employment drug screening prior to starting employment.
