Job Description 

We are currently seeking a full time CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for our Pest Control Office in Raleigh, NC. Candidates must be enthusiastic and willing to work hard. Customer service experience is a plus, but is not required. WE WILL TRAIN!!!

Responsibilities include:

 

* Dispatching Technicians to scheduled appointments

* Providing information to prospective customers, initiating 
   new service and properly setting up customer accounts

* Adjusting errors and handling complaints

* Maintaining good customer relationships

* Assist with other projects as assigned

 


Job Requirements 

Qualified candidates should have:

 

* Excellent computer skills

* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

* Must be able to build strong relationships & work in a fast paced environment

* High level of integrity

* Ability to work in a team atmosphere
