Providence is calling a Revenue Cycle Management Professional Fee Manager for Payor Credentialing.

This role provides direct oversight, coordination and support to the Washington/Montana region.  This position is responsible for collaborating with regional payor credentialing teams to ensure practitioner’s appointments and reappointments through the various levels needed for credentialing with contracted Health Plans, according to credentialing policies and procedures. 

 

The Professional Fee Manager, Payor Credentialing provides leadership direction ensuring standardization and compliance with policies and procedures enabling the ability to bill for services rendered by the practitioner within specified timelines.  This position identifies performance improvement opportunities, develops recommendations and directs implementation of approved recommendations to promote financial performance in the WA/MT Region. This position also analyzes data, tracks trends and reports on actual performance against key performance indicators and assists with the deployment and oversight of MSOW application for managing application coordination and monitoring status of the provider credentialing process with Health Plans.  This position will develop specific work plans for Health Plan credentialing initiatives, and other operational process improvement projects.

This full time position is located at Providence Washington Montana Regional offices in Renton, WA.

 

This job requires the following qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Experience: Five (5) years of experience in healthcare administration, business or finance related experience. Four (4) or more years in a healthcare setting with related physician revenue cycle management responsibilities preferred. Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the work will be considered.
