Fitness Sales Representative Job Description:
Anytime Fitness is looking for a Sales Representative dedicated to helping others reach their health and wellness goals. The Sales Representative will be responsible for all aspects of the Fitness Center’s operation including sales, marketing, orientations, retention, club maintenance etc. Additionally, we are seeking a personable and energetic individual who can initiate and implement a motivating health and wellness environment for members.

Fitness Sales Representative Requirements:
Fitness industry experience is not a must, but first rate people skills are! The ideal candidate must be an extroverted sales person and enjoy meeting new people every day. A competitive personality also a plus.
This person must be excited about fitness/wellness and enjoy doing sales! The ideal candidate will attract members to the club through outreach, cold calling and developing partnerships that will reinforce how Anytime Fitness can help people live a healthier lifestyle.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Outstanding sales skills
- Successful track record with cold calling and developing corporate and community partnerships a plus
- Motivated, high energy, optimistic and enthusiastic
- Customer service orientated
- Self-starter, independent and proven experience handling wide range of responsibilities
- CPR/AED/Basic First Aid certifications completed within 30 days of employment
Salary:
Full-Time-Base $25k Plus First Year Annual Commission Potential of $10k or more depending on sales skills
Hours:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 11:30am to 8pm, Friday 10am to 7pm & Saturday 10am to 4pm.
