Requirements
Ideal candidate has previous property management experience in an environment requiring extensive attention related to resident relations, community appearance, budgeting as well as identifying issues and implementing necessary changes, policies and procedures.
· Minimum 3 years of property management experience.
· Experience managing and leading a team.
· Excellent computer skills as well as experience with office procedures, financial budgeting, and reporting processes and systems.
· Strong problem solving skills.
· Must have a positive “can-do" attitude with excellent customer service skills.
· Must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Ability to work weekends.
