The right person will play a crucial role while participating in a dynamic product sales and implementation team selling Application Life Cycle Management ALM / Requirements Definition software for our Start Up software company. He or she will utilize compelling positioning and messaging for the company’s products by professionally representing and selling their value to customer. He/she will participate and implement, innovative sales and marketing campaigns/programs and supporting materials that highlight the functionality and benefits of the product and our solutions with it, drawing from his/her knowledge and experience.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

·       Track record of successfully selling commercial software

·          Demonstrated success and ability as a team player

·         3-5 years experience selling solutions in a b-to-b technology environment and/or selling
          in the public sector and defense markets

·         Personal interest in and affection for how software applications deliver business value

·         Knowledge of application lifecycle management and requirements management
          markets a plus 
·         Experience with consultative product/solution selling

·         Must be organized, self-motivated and detail oriented

·         Effective written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills

·         Strong presentation skills for technical and business audiences

·         Bachelor’s degree required
