DUTIES:

You will be responsible for answering incoming telephone calls, responding to customer inquiries regarding personal banking products and services, and providing resolution in a timely and courteous manner.

Job Requirements 

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         High school diploma or equivalent

·         Minimum of 6 months customer service experience preferred

·         Accurate typing skills

·         Outstanding customer service and communication skills

·         Demonstrated problem solving skills

·         Working knowledge of different types of bank accounts preferred

·         PC familiarity helpful

·         Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese a definite plus

·         Ability to work in a fast paced environment
