Email Customer Care Rep
This position responds to consumer product inquiries and addresses questions via letter and email for the Client’s consumer relationship center within the Alta Resources organization to deliver best in class customer service to the client’s consumers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor´s degree from four-year college or university in Communications or English preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training
Must possess exceptional data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
Be customer focused
Some experience in a call center or customer service position preferred
Ability to meet required metrics and perform well in a fast paced environment
