Agent Service Rep

State Farm agents are entrepreneurs that market and solicit only State Farm insurance and financial service products.

 

Job Purpose:

To complete all applicable licensing requirements and learn how to market State Farm products and services and provide quality service to State Farm Customers.

Job Related Training Courses, Licensing and Programs:

The EFA (Employee of Future Agent) position is a temporary, full time position with full time hours with State Farm Insurance Companies.

Within 30-90 days of the start of employment, the successful candidate will be expected to have satisfactorily completed the training and licensing.

Upon completion, the EFA will be considered for permanent employment with a State Farm
Agent.

  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
  • Ability to execute a detailed business plan
  • Ability to explain complex financial issues in understandable terms
