Description: 

We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for our Glasgow, Kentucky home health agency. The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide nursing care to patients in a home setting. This position is one of a visiting nurse and cares for adult home health patients.

Job Requirements 

Requirements:

1. Current and unencumbered license to practice as a practical/vocational nurse in the state.
2. Minimum of one year clinical experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse.
3. Current CPR certification
4. Personal transportation with valid drivers license and automobile insurance coverage.
