Founded in 2003, Apex Home Healthcare is a full-service home health agency with a team of licensed healthcare professionals dedicated to ensure that our patient's health is our prime concern.

We are currently looking for Registered Field & Supervising Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Physical Therapists (PTs) and Occupational Therapists (OTs).

Territories Available:

Lake County (Gurnee, Zion, Libertyville, Waukegan, etc.)
McHenry County (Crystal Lake, etc.)
Kankakee County
South Chicago
South Suburbs (Oaklawn, Orland/Tinley Park, Alsip, Palos Hills, etc.)
Chicagoland (Downtown)
Chicago, City North
North Suburbs (Skokie, Evanston, Glenview, etc.)
Northwest Suburbs (Schaumburg, Elgin, etc.)

Requirements

PROFILE

Ideal Candidates will:

Have exceptional interpersonal and clinical skills.
Have outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Demonstrate thoroughness and attention to detail in obtaining medical history, particularly as it relates to the patient's present condition, from the patient and/or family member.
Possess the ability to maintain confidentiality of patient's situation, records and services provided according to HIPPA regulations.
Understand the importance of accurate documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 2 years of home healthcare experience
Current licensure/registration in the State of Illinois
Current CPR Certification
Valid Driver's License
Valid Auto Liability Insurance
