HAL HAYS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY,an award winning General & Civil Construction firm located in Riverside, CA has an immediate career opportunity for a Construction Project Manager with design build experience.

• Develop, manage and maintain efficient and effective company Project Management protocols and procedures and apply them to all projects under your control to meet our Customer’s needs and expectations
• Plan and monitor the best allocation of resources, within a defined budget, to meet project expectations
• Develop a thorough knowledge of project plans and specifications
• Develop, analyze and evaluate project schedules
• Develop and analyze work progress, costing and scheduling reports
• Ensure proper project and construction methods at all times
• Ensure quality control methods are consistent across all programs.
• Support all company reporting functions such as daily reports, time cards, annual reviews etc.
• Protect company from improper ‘At-Risk’ activities especially monitoring adherence to all safety procedures
• Manage meetings and correspondence with Customers
• Maintain project records

• 6+ years construction project managing experience in General Building construction for the Federal Government.

• Experience managing projects $2-10 million dollars in value.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or Architecture preferred 

• Knowledge and ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience with Primavera, Suretrak, a must.
• Working knowledge of structural, mechanical, and electrical general building and civil construction practices and concepts, have an excellent working knowledge of current building regulations, laws, and rules.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Powerpoint.
