Job Description

Recruiting Manager Mission Statement

Establish and build Supplemental Health Care’s reputation and brand through the market while recruiting and retaining healthcare professionals using company core values of Integrity, Candor, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence.  Achieve individual performance goals by operating the Supplemental Way in exceeding minimum activity standards.     

 

Benchmarking Successful Outcomes

  • Achieve 100% of personal revenue budget

­       Work directly with MM to agreed upon goals and create strategy to complete

  • Achieve 90% Retention of field talent through the Talent for Life scorecard
  • Maintain Operational Excellence through executing the Supplemental Way

­       Obtain level 1 certification by 1 year of employment

­       Hit activity standards for all minimum activity requirements including touches, interviews, submissions and client visits

­       Support GP goals of the division with Value Calculator Management

­       Support compliance process fully to achieve 100% compliance all of the time

­       Successfully complete SAS training and attend/implement all CI courses as needed

  • Achieve starts goal designated by minimum standards and goals agreed upon by the Market Manager

­       Set goals on submissions for anchor accounts to reach fulfillment potential

­       Reach goals for helping hands referrals set by division and increase talent management

Job Requirements

Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Talents:

·         Knowledge of principles and procedures for candidate recruitment, selection, compensation and benefits and/or similar or relevant work experience

·         Working knowledge of Microsoft products, Internet Job Boards and internet recruiting

·         Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, and/or similar or relevant work experience

·         Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling and rules of composition

·         Knowledge of principles and methods for selling recruiting services; this includes marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and sales management systems

·         Ability to work effectively independently and with other team members

·         Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner

·         Must show attention to detail

·         Bachelor’s Degree is required
