Bilingual Customer Service Representatives


Salary: $12.00 /Hour

Job Duties
TRC is currently seeking Bilingual Customer Service/Call Center Representatives able to work in the North Dallas area. Hours are Mon.-Fri. 8:00 am - 6:00 pm with a pay rate of $12/hr. You will be handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional, friendly, and positive environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years call center experience, excellent customer service skills, a stable job history, positive attitude, friendly phone voice and basic computer skills. 

 
 


Minimum Qualifications
  • Spanish/English Bilingual candidate preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of Call Center experience
  • Good data entry skills
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Great phone etiquette
  • Stable Work History, no job hoppers please  
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Understanding this is a true (contract) position
