We are currently seeking and very much ready to train highly motivated and career-driven individuals immediately available to work in our exciting and fast-paced, growing call center located in South Arlington. WE OFFER COMPETITIVE BASE HOURLY RATE ALONG WITH A NO-CAP COMMISSION STRUCTURE!
The qualified candidate will have 1+ years experience in preferably consumer debt collections, telemarketing and/or sales. WILL ONLY CONSIDER SERIOUSLY DRIVEN AND HIGHLY MOTIVATED INDIVIDUALS.
The candidate will be responsible for generating collection revenue, setting up payments in full, or negotiate acceptable payment arrangements according to GACC Policies and Procedures and FDCPA Regulations.

Requirements
Must work independently as well as contribute to the team and the company. Must be familiar with fast-paced collection, telemarketing, or sales environment and meet daily, weekly and monthly quality and productivity requirements. Excellent veral and communication skills with team play mentality, effective telephone techniques and the ability to be firm, direct and concise while maintaining a professional manner at all times. Ability to display a high level of initiative. Must possess the ability to devise methods of reaching productivity standards. Must be results-oriented and persistent when faced with challenging debtors. Strong work ethic (e. g.: attendance, dependability, etc.). Must be able to work occasional evenings and Saturdays.
