Requirements CAPABILITIES

You will thrive in this position if you possess these abilities:

  • Communicate well with clinicians and patients.
  • Understand, explain and demonstrate all steps of product application and technique including pre-operative, intra-operative,
  • Pay attention to details and follow up to ensure excellent pre & post-application customer service
  • Maintain up-to-date information on all accounts, representatives, customers, prospects, etc.
  • Maintain timely call reports & expense reports
  • Track orders & submit all paperwork & information necessary for accurate and timely pre-authorization, delivery and billing
  • Attend & actively participate in all scheduled Company meetings, in-services, training, forums, etc.
  • Manage product inventory in possession or located at company storage facility / office in territory.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in navigating through Outlook, Word, Excel, Expensable, and customer database software. 

 

EDUCATION
  • 5+ years related work experience and demonstrated track-record of success in selling within the medical industry.
  • Specific knowledge of selling rehabilitation products in the medical industry preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
