Job Summary
The Account Sales Representative is responsible for generating revenue within the company. Assists in the sales process through cold calling targeted businesses to set up appointments for outside sales team. Services accounts via phone. Generates interest in both Fiberlink and Fiberlink's services through telephone and internet tools. Acts as the customer’s advocate, by responding to email inquiries and orders when needed.
This is an entry level salary plus commission position.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
- The ability to create rapport, qualify and establish need, build value, overcome objections, and close opportunities.
- Comprehend a customer’s business need and how Fiberlink’s solutions will contribute to the delivery of that product or service.
- Identify specific Fiberlink service offerings which resolve customer’s business issues.
- Record significant events in Fiberlink’s Customer Relationship Management tool as required.
- Ability to forecast sales results.
- Must be comfortable working with Fortune 1000 companies.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic and tactical thinking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills needed.
- Prioritize, manage and organize projects to meet deadlines.
- Position has no supervisory requirements.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 0-3 years preferred experience in Inside Sales - New College Grads welcome to apply
- Highly developed problem-solving, decision-making and relationship building skills
- Proven interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communications, including proven persuasion and presentation skills.
- Developed prioritization and organizational skills.
- Results-driven, with a commitment to continuous process improvement and quality
