Annually, 3,500 children, adults and families benefit from Steinway’s 21 programs.
General Description
The role of Supervisor in the Children Blended Case Management Program is to insure quality service delivery in accordance with the Department of Mental Health Standards.
Responsibilities
-
Meet weekly with case managers in supervision for consultation on case management issues related to providing quality services to clients.

Review Case records on a weekly basis to insure that charts are in compliance with OMH and DMH standards.

Monitor client visits made by case managers to ensure quality and quantity of visits.

Conduct and or assist with in-service training.
-
Attend designated community meetings.

Present programs to other service providers as an outreach effort.

Attend various training and conferences.
-
Provide documentation of team supervisory meetings.

Conduct random home visits with case managers to provide support and input on difficult case situations.

Perform job functions as directed by Program Director / Agency.

Meet minimum levels of service expectations.
