job description

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives for our client in Latham to START MONDAY 11/16. These are ongoing positions with a strong possibility of going perm for those with 100% attendance. Training is from 8-4:30, the shift then goes 9:30-6pm. The payrate is $12/hr. This is on a busline.

You will be working in a fast-paced call center handling calls regarding benefits/insurance.



job Requirements

Qualified candidates MUST have prior call center experience and be able to start on 11/16 and work the required hours. Great attendance is crucial for this position. Good computer skills/computer navigation is required.

You must be able to pass a criminal backround check and drug screen.
