Mental Health Professional
Anoka location

Fraser Child & Family Mental Health Program is seeking Licensed Mental Health Professionals to provide assessment, intervention, and consultation for children and adolescents diagnosed. Work Full Time, Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm with some flexibility, in our Anoka location. This position offers the opportunity for growth into a leadership role.
Responsibilities:
- Participating in team diagnostic assessment and treatment planning for clients with behavioral, emotional, developmental concerns
- Group therapies for siblings, parents, and children
- Home-based individual and family therapy
- Coordinating treatment with others involved with the client, such as the school, county, courts, biological family, foster parents, etc
- Training and consultation as assigned and appropriate to skills set
- Provide mental health consultation to Child and Family Mental Health Program staff.
- Coordinate and provide supervision of training for interns and non-licensed staff.
Qualifications:
- MA, MS or PhD in a mental health field AND a current MN license LP, LICSW or LMFT
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with preschool age children with special needs and the ability to accurately observe and document behavior of children
- MN Drivers license with satisfactory driving record and the ability to lift and carry 40 lbs.
