Job Description 



Implements Regional, National and Integrated Sales strategies and programs into the local market to commensurate with Company directives and, In accordance with Concentra policies, practices, and procedures and applicable regulations to achieve objectives of occupational health and safety services.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participates in the recruitment and retention of Health Services Managers and Area Sales Managers utilizing CMC Training Guidelines. (Interviews, Hires, Counsels and Disciplines according to established policies in conjunction with the Human Resources Department.)
Coordinates the productivity of Health Services Managers in the market to meet and exceed the incremental revenue expectations budgeted.
Participates with Center, Area and Regional Leadership Teams to effectively monitor and maintain existing accounts, develop new business and address Center operational issues.
Responsible for review and analysis of the financial performance of all assigned centers.
Assists Director and Vice President of Operations in preparing and maintaining annual budgets for assigned Centers.
Develops marketing plans to meet and exceed revenue and visit goals for assigned Centers.
Monitors, reviews and evaluates Center operating systems and operational reports to ensure adequate support of Concentras clinical processes.
Facilitates and participates in sales meetings and professional association meetings outside of regular business hours, as required.
Participates in continuing education and training programs on company products, services and industry compliance.
Provides accurate and complete sales productivity reports to Sales Administration Coordinator/Regional Vice President/Senior Vice President in a timely manner.
Work with Central Billing Office (CBO) to ensure appropriate reimbursement for services rendered.
Performs other duties, as assigned.
 

Job Requirements 



4 year college degree.

JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE:

3 years experience in Sales Management or Supervisory position

DEMONSTRATED JOB-RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

Demonstrated computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ACT for Lotus Notes)
Demonstrated skills exemplifying leadership
Demonstrated excellent written communication, verbal communication
Demonstrated excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

WORKING CONDITIONS:
