The Management Training Program is a ‘fast-track’ to challenging and rewarding opportunities in Property Management. Trainees:
- Travel nationally from coast to coast – expenses paid!
- Are mentored by our most talented on-site and home office staffs
- Learn all facets of the business in an experiential way
- Develop business skills in sales, marketing, management & more
- Have the opportunity to make an impact and affect the bottom line in a positive way within the first few weeks of starting the program!
What will you be doing as a Management Trainee?
Trainees will work on-site at various communities across the country:
- Familarizing themselves with specific geographic markets
- Giving tours of our apartment communities to prospective residents
- Working closely with prospective residents from initial inquiry through their residency
- Participating on a team charged with organizing resident retention activities & programs
- Creating and implementing both ‘guerilla’ and formal marketing initiatives aimed at generating leads and securing additional leases
- Managing daily operations (enforcing lease rules & regs., collecting rent, etc.)
Upon completion of the program, Trainees have the opportunity to advance into positions such as Leasing Traveler, Management Traveler, Leasing & Marketing Coordinator, Assistant Community Manager, or Community Manager.
Requirements
Are you a candidate for this program?
Put your outgoing personality, professional experience, and education to great use! Aspen is seeking candidates with:
- 3 years work experience in a sales/customer service-oriented industry
(restaurant, retail, pharmaceutical sales, banking or hospitality experience a plus!)
- High energy, a sales mentality and a positive attitude
- The flexibility to travel (multi-state/overnight)
- A professional appearance and demeanor
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or similar discipline preferred
